PCCPC — Community Financial Support Circle

The PCCPC (Community Consensual Program for Loans and Capitalization) is a financial solidarity mechanism that allows community members to collectively mobilize resources to support economic projects or occasional financial needs. Inspired by community financial solidarity traditions, this program adapts these practices to the modern economic context by introducing principles of governance, transparency and collective responsibility. The PCCPC thus transforms informal mutual aid into a structured system capable of strengthening the economic resilience of participants.
