Voluntary Membership Commitment
I, the undersigned, hereby declare my voluntary, free and informed commitment to become a member of La Termitière.
I confirm that:
- My membership is made without any constraint, pressure, undue influence or harassment from anyone.
- My decision is personal, considered and made with full autonomy.
- I had the opportunity to ask all necessary questions and received clear answers allowing me to understand the nature of my commitment.
I also acknowledge that:
- I have read the voluntary membership notice, the statutes and internal regulations of La Termitière.
- I commit to respecting the values, rules, decisions and procedures of the cooperative.
- I provide accurate information and commit to informing La Termitière of any relevant changes.
- I understand that my membership remains conditional upon approval by the board of directors.
